Women's Active / Sport Inserts
The Orthera ladies insole was really comfortable, easy to wear with no break-in necessary. Orthera's service was excellent, fast and follow up was thorough. They charged me taxes and shipping fee to Canada when products were ordered, then found out they overcharged on shipping and taxes were not necessary. They immediately refunded it to my account on their own. Orthera is an honest and service first merchant! Bravo! Hope their product will be available at Costco Canada!!

These are the best!
I have bought several pairs of Insoles over the years and Othera sands out as being the VERY BEST the Industry has to offer. In addition to the comfort, support and stability they provide, their Customer Support team is second to none either. Thank you for delivering a Superior product and i look forward to buying many more in the years to come.
Wore these for the first time today for 7 hours, they were very comfortable and the arch support is just what I needed.
Very pleased with my new ultrathins. They fit in more shoes than the original version and they sit further down into your shoes so it's more comfortable. Also, there's no cover so it won't wear off. I thought this might make them less comfortable to wear, but I didn't notice it at all. I switched from the old pair to the new pair with no issue or adjustment period. I'll be buying more!
These are especially good for shoes that are a bit small but you still want a good orthotic. I've been using the regular ones for 6 years and these are just as good.
I love my 'regular' dress orthotics, and jumped at the chance to try the ultrathins.
They are wonderful! Especially great at preventing flats with a low profile from slipping off at the heel!
These inserts have saved my feet! Since they have a slight depression in the heel area they don't push your feet up too high in your shoe. The hard plastic arch support helps keep plantar fasciitis at bay. I wear them for golf also.
I was so excited to try this shoe, the material, the construction the possibilities. Alas, it did not work out. The shoe is of obvious good quality. Nice suede outer, sturdy cushioned sole, deep enough for an orthotic. However, I have a wide foot and these European styled sneakers were too narrow in the toe box and the heel cup was too deep, even with the orthotic installed. It was deep enough that the top of the back of the shoe continually rubbed my achilles. I so wanted them to fit, but it is not going to work out. I also would have liked that wild turquoise shoe instead of the neutral grey. I am sure they are perfect for someone else.
My fourth pair! I'm on my feet for hours at a time, I'm a happy customer.
They are comfortable and they are a huge help
Women's Active / Sport Inserts
I tried putting the inserts into a pair of my dress shoes and I had to take them out it made my shoes too tight to wear
I love these inserts and will wear always and continue to buy them as they wear out.
The OR ONE Ladies shoe totally supports the foot so that it's not just protecting my foot, but holding it in the correct position as it makes contact with the ground. I am noticing that after a night of wearing these my legs are tired but my feet are not at all sore and that's new for me.
I've worn these shoes all day for five or six days now. Love the look, the fit is good, and the bottoms of my feet feel great, which is rare. My problem is that the tops of my feet hurt after a few hours. This is odd, as I suffer from neuropathy, usually plaguing my heels worst of all. These shoes are comfortable that way, but they pinch the tops. With a few small improvements these could easily become my favorites. If your feet aren't as thick as mine then these might feel incredible for you!
Shoe is comfortable. Have used these orthotics for years and swear by them. Shoe is true to size and would have given a more customizable fit with real laces and not the elasticize bands they come with
I found them to be very comfortable and they also helped
Love my shoes! Great looking awa super comfortable. They can be worn with both casual and tailored clothes.thanks again. Judith Moses
Orthotics came in record time after being in stock. Thank you for being willing to help me.
Great product. Arrived quickly.
I really like them I have neurophy in my feet They are the most comfortable shoes I have. I'm in hospital having knee replacement and I'm able to remove shoes without bending. They slip right off
Very nicely made and good looking but no directions how to fit inner sole and could use thicker sole under front of foot like Hokas.
I've tried several inserts previously to help with plantar fasciitis but unfortunately none of them made any major differences. After being recommended Orthera by my physical therapist, I was pleasantly surprised by how well they worked, with improvements easily apparent after just one week. It's now been about two weeks and the pain from the plantar fasciitis is almost completely gone and as such my mobility has greatly increased. I'm extremely impressed with the quality of the inserts and support they offer, and am glad I've finally found a product that works. One thing to note, if you plan to use these with tighter fitting running shoes such as the Adidas Ultraboost you will most likely need to half size up the shoe at minimum as with the heel these are far thicker than the stock inserts.
so far, I've only worn the shoes twice. at first, they seemed a little different from one foot to the other, but they stretched out within the first day. they really seemed to help from an arch support standpoint, but i did get a big blister on my heel - hoping that I just need to break them in a bit more.
These inserts are great. I like that they are thinner and do not make the shoes feel tight.
My physical therapist insisted I order these for my plantar's f. and heel spur. They did not have enough cushion to help and only gave me more pain. So, I recommend these for folks who do NOT have foot issues but not for those with painful conditions.

Women's Active / Sport Inserts
These are the same ones I bought a few yrs ago at Costco. At that time they were packaged with one short and one full length in each pkg. I bought a pair, then went back and bought several pairs. I've had at least 3 custom orthotics through the years. They were all hard as concrete and I had to adapt to them wearing them only an hour or two a day until I could get through the day with them in my shoes.
These helped stabilize my very flat feet and took no adaptation time. Put them in my shoes, and wore them all day, every day, dancing 1 1/2 hours with them in my dance shoes 3 mornings a week. Without them I have knee pain and my feet hurt. I am so glad to find them again, I am also trying the thin ones, but these are familiar, and just wonderful.
BTW, the men's and the women's are the same, just a different size range, and yes, the men's 'regular' also fit a wide foot, as I found out when I bought a pair for my guy.
Love the them! Wish they were less expensive.
I play tennis and go to the gym a lot. The FootArmor insoles are the best , non-customized insoles I've used. They're pricey, but worth it. If they were to cost less and were marketed well, I think they would be incredibly popular.
I send a suggestion regarding having the insert made in a nude color so it was not noticeable in sandals. Thomas responded to my email saying that they had made a few samples in nude and he would check to see if they might have any left over. Sure enough, not only did he have my size, he had two pair. I snapped them up. So excited. Talk about personal service. Some companies still value their customers and go out of their way to make you happy. That's me. Happy. Thanks Thomas for going way above and beyond. These inserts have been so great!! Better than my $600 custom inserts for sure. Those are somewhere in the bottom on my closet and the 3 pair of the dress model of these are used daily. Thank you!! Janet
Have been wearing the inserts for years in all my shoes and they keep Planters at bay and my feet and arches comfortable!
a number of years ago I bought two packs of your Other orthotics at Costco. I believe they came with a full athletic one and then the 'dress shoe partial orthotic. I didn't use them until after my Total knee replacement surgery in 2012 because before that I had custom orthotics. Well for the last 4 years I have worn out my 4 pair of Other orthotics and would appreciate very much if you would get them in Costco again. It is nice to walk into the store and get them right away and of course for a better price. they are great orthotics but you were out of my size for months
Frankly, I was very disappointed when Costco stopped making custom fit orthotics a number of years ago. Those originals lasted a LONG time.
Our podiatrist suggested we go to a physical therapist to get custom orthotics. The cost was huge at $750 each and then we discovered the company they ordered from only kept our "foot molds" for a year. In this day and age of electronic scanning, this made NO sense to me.
When the "custom" orthotics finally gave up the ghost, we had them refitted by a local shoemaker, but we were not satisfied with the result. Very fortunately, I took one last stab to see if Costco might once again return to the orthotics business. I was THRILLED to find Orthera's website and that they had my original Costco orthotics on file. I ordered TWO sets as well as another set of non-custom orthotics from the Orthera website.
Orthera's customer services was exceptional - they communicated with me from the get go as to the status of the order and inquired for clarification to make sure they got the "right" orthotics for me - I had two different styles in their system. The orthotics arrived in about a week - which I felt was fast. I installed them in my shoes immediately and cannot be happier. They fit perfectly into my shoes with NO alteration whatsoever. (the "custom" had to be trimmed to fit!)
I've now worn the Orthera (Costco refills) for several weeks and I am totally satisfied. This is a tremendous product/service to Costco members like me who were/are extremely satisfied by the original product. And the price point is VERY reasonable, lending the product well to replacing every few years via normal wear.
One bit of advise should you order - and I think you should - sign up for the 15% off you will be offered when you go to place your order. I did not originally as I did not realize it was an offer from Orthera - as it says: "....who does not want to save 15%??"
Happy Feet! Thank you!
As a long time Orthor customer I basically ignore the break in rules and start walking. The Armor version is firm and comfortable. I like them a lot. Don,t know if I will continue to pay extra for them
My old Othera's were wearing thin, and plantar fasciitis coming back. Feeling a lot better with the new Foot Armor, and bought 2 more so I don't have to switch the insoles from shoe-to-shoe.
Package came on time. I use these orthotics religiously for support. I cannot wear a shoe, although new, without them.
With fat feet, width is a real issue. These are no where near wide enough for a 6E wide shoe and remain in their shipping envelope. A further pair Costco .. custom I am waiting for.
I have purchased maybe 5 or 6 of these. I purchased a pair for a family member as well as referred to other friends. My recent order didn't hold up well, but the company was quick to make it right and asked how they could do better. I have high regards for a company that works hard to make things right with their customers.
I bought these for my hubby for father's day and got myself a pair. I am a runner, he goes to the gym. Both of us can't stop talking about them. You should make these for regular shoes as well. Awesome product. Glad I found you.
not an athlete but work in construction and I am in my boots on hard floors all day. Used every insole available and they help little but never last long. Bought your product regularly at Costco and now online but always used the green ones before. These are above and beyond! Best insoles I ever bought. Lower the price so people can use in all their shoes!
Got these for Father's day and it's been only a week but what a difference. I play basketball and have chronic knee pain - not this week though. Never thought insoles could make such a difference. I want these now for every pair of shoes. Seriously awesome! Any promotions coming up for volume purchases?
