Returns
Our policy lasts 90 days from day of receipt of your product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (only tried for size) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The following types of goods are exempt from being returned:
-Gift cards
-Custom made orthotics
To initiate your return, please contact us at customercare@orthera.com so we may share the return shipping address with you.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD THE PRODUCT BE RETURNED TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AS IT WILL NOT GET PROCESSED.
