Shipping, Refunds, and Policies


All orders to anywhere in the United States ship with the carrier selected. If the product comes with free shipping or during promotions that include free shipping, our default shipping service is standard shipping which includes Asendia, DHL Global Mail, UPS MI, UPS, DHL Express, FedEx, USPS. Priority shipping service includes UPS, DHL Express, FedEx

We ship to most countries. Upon checkout please enter your address to get an updated amount.

Biom is not responsible for shipments lost during transportation. If a carrier misplaces a shipment we will gladly assist in helping locate it. However, it is not the responsibility of Biom to replace lost shipments. If a customer prefers a more secure delivery, we can ship with "signature required" at delivery for an added fee. We can also add insurance at extra cost if customer so desires. Often these options are listed at checkout. If not, please contact us.



You have 90 days from the time of purchase to return an item for a full refund or credit towards another product on orthera.com as long as the product is not used and unworn.

Returns must be requested by sending an email to customercare@orthera.com If product is returned to any other address than the one provided via email when the return was requested, we reserve the right not to refund the purchase price.

Customer will be responsible for shipping back the items to Orthera at the US address provided when the return is requested.

If an order is returned to us because of a shipping address error caused by the customer or refusal to accept a shipment, we will subtract $30,- from any refund due to the customer.

Please be aware that custom made products (reorders for previous customers who ordered at COSTCO) cannot be returned!
