OrthotixFit ReOrders Only: Custom made orthotics offered in Costco warehouses between 2008-2011.

This is for customers who originally ordered a pair of custom made orthotics from our OrthotixFit line at selected COSTCO locations and had gotten their feet scanned at a warehouse location!

In the "Order Note" next to "Shipping Calculator" at the bottom of the shopping cart, please include the following:

1. Name on the original order, and

2. Which model you would like to have (Fashion, Dress, Casual, Comfort, Active)

If no request is made, we will use the original model for your new order. We will be searching for your order in our database and remake the requested model. Please bear in mind that your original product was made over 10 years ago. We have changed manufacturing location since and are using different materials. Your new product will be made to your original scan but it will not be 100% identical to the product you received back then as colors and some materials have changed since.

Please note that custom made product is exempted from our 90 day money-back guarantee! We will try to remake the exact same model but variations are possible.

Please allow 10-15 business days for a reorder of a custom made product.

I was very happy to be able to reorder by old orthotics. I got my old pair through a Costco roadshow, and have been interested in getting a new set for some time. So I jumped on the chance to reorder them, and the new ones are even better than the first set.

Outstanding Product and Amazing Service

Frankly, I was very disappointed when Costco stopped making custom fit orthotics a number of years ago. Those originals lasted a LONG time.

Our podiatrist suggested we go to a physical therapist to get custom orthotics. The cost was huge at $750 each and then we discovered the company they ordered from only kept our "foot molds" for a year. In this day and age of electronic scanning, this made NO sense to me.

When the "custom" orthotics finally gave up the ghost, we had them refitted by a local shoemaker, but we were not satisfied with the result. Very fortunately, I took one last stab to see if Costco might once again return to the orthotics business. I was THRILLED to find Orthera's website and that they had my original Costco orthotics on file. I ordered TWO sets as well as another set of non-custom orthotics from the Orthera website.

Orthera's customer services was exceptional - they communicated with me from the get go as to the status of the order and inquired for clarification to make sure they got the "right" orthotics for me - I had two different styles in their system. The orthotics arrived in about a week - which I felt was fast. I installed them in my shoes immediately and cannot be happier. They fit perfectly into my shoes with NO alteration whatsoever. (the "custom" had to be trimmed to fit!)

I've now worn the Orthera (Costco refills) for several weeks and I am totally satisfied. This is a tremendous product/service to Costco members like me who were/are extremely satisfied by the original product. And the price point is VERY reasonable, lending the product well to replacing every few years via normal wear.

One bit of advise should you order - and I think you should - sign up for the 15% off you will be offered when you go to place your order. I did not originally as I did not realize it was an offer from Orthera - as it says: "....who does not want to save 15%??"

Effective Product-- Just Reordered Today!

After several years of terrific use of my original OrthotixFit inserts, I was able to reorder today. I was elated with the originals, and if the replacements use the same fit as the orginals, I am will be ecstatic.

I've also used Orthera's dress inserts which are good, but not quite as effective as the OrthotixFit.

Incidentally, I've also had superior customer service here...not once, but twice! The first time, my inserts were too small and the company sent me the right size immediately. This time, the company responded within minutes to my request to reorder.

Fingers crossed, I'll receive these new inserts and be 'good to go' for several more years.

Thank you Lansing. They should work out like the previous ones. If not, you know where to find us and we will be here to help. No matter what!
